I am fascinated by the vulnerability, beauty, and strength of the naked human form. From life-drawing studies I etch my      figures directly into the unfired clay, sometimes drawing inspiration from Modigliani, Matisse, and Gauguin. My ceramics are multi-fired with applied oxides and coloured slips.
